RETURNS & EXCHANGES

AUVORA team takes extra measures to ensure products are quality checked before shipment. We value the golden rule. In our realm, we only offer and ship products we would want to receive, keep and treasure. 

However, if you feel the need to return an order, we will review your return or exchange request.

We accept return requests received within 11 days of arrival date for store credit upon approval. 

Products must be returned in the same new condition in which it was shipped. This includes ALL original packaging, hang tags, labels must be intact in order to be eligible for return. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached.
